Site Evaluation
Western Paving approaches each project the same way and always with the same goal in mind - to save customers time and money. First, our professional site engineers, with measuring tools in hand, conduct a physical inventory of the parking lot, spending hours or days, if necessary, to develop an accurate plan of repairs and maintenance. Never taking short-cuts, our methods are thorough, including checking catch basins and parking bumpers. If your asphalt base has problems, we can also arrange to take core samples in order to determine the precise cause of your pavement defects.

Consulting
During the evaluation process, our engineers are always prepared and willing to discuss any concerns, offer suggestions, and answer any questions you may have. At the end of the evaluation, we present you with a proposal including, as necessary, a site map (photos and site map are included based on the scope of the job). Depending on your needs and budget, we can also offer options, alternatives, and different price ranges. All of our basic site evaluations and consulting sessions are complimentary.

Parking Lot Maintenance
Preventative Parking Lot Maintenance is a solution used to prevent further deterioration of a parking lot.  It is also the most cost-effective solution to maximize pavement life while minimizing risk.  As soon as a pavement first shows signs of wear and tear such as raveling, transverse cracks, longitudinal cracks, or minor block cracking, it is in need of preventative maintenance.  Parking lot maintenance includes corrective measures such as crack filling, sealcoating, and asphalt patching/repair.  Effective preventative maintenance is an ongoing process that needs regular monitoring to ensure that rehabilitation strategies are producing predicted results.
